Sea Buckthorn Smoothie

Ingredients:

- 1/2 mango

- 1/2 orange

- 1/2 banana

- 150ml oat milk (or milk of your choice)

- 50ml cold water

- 2 dates

- 3tsp Sea-Buckthorn

- 4 ice cubes


Instructions:

  1. Wash all fresh fruits and place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 1 min or until smooth and creamy. Add extra milk if needed.

  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
